  INTRODUCTION My dress code is simple and comfort is a top priority. But still keeping up with fashion trends AT SCHOOL At school, I wear a uniform every Monday, and the rest of the days I wear it freely until the end of the week. I don't wear revealing clothes and sandals to school. GOING OUT When I go out, I wear fashionable clothes, nice clothes. I wear dresses or jeans, crop tops... FOMAL OCCASIONS I wear the most appropriate clothes. Depending on the occasion and place, I will choose the right outfit for that occasion. CHOOSING AND BUYING CLOTHES I usually buy clothes on shopping sites. I spend a lot on clothes. I prioritize buying clothes for going out or comfortable clothes that can be worn at home and to school. CONCLUSION I am happy with my outfit it makes me confident and comfortable

  INTRODUCTION The trip to Ha Long Bay this summer vacation  with my family was a wonderful trip for me. We went there by car so it only took 2 hours to get there. Time and Places The trip only lasted a few days, but I got to see a lot of places. I took the queen cable car up to the sun park and then I went to the water park to swim... Activities Ha long bay gives me a comfortable and relaxing feeling, I stayed in the hotel to rest and swam in the swimming pool very happily. I also visited many beautiful and interesting places. Experience and Memories The trip was fun, the weather was cool and fresh. The hotel my family stayed in was very nice, the food there was delicious. It was a wonderful healing trip and I remember the moment from the cable car looking down at the clear blue sea.

 INTRODUCTION I think my figure is not good. Because I eat very little, I am too skinny, people always tell me that I should eat more. FITNESS To gain weight in a healthy way, I focus on increasing the calories and nutrients in my daily diet. I try to eat small, nutrient-dense meals with energy-boosting foods like nuts, avocados, milk, and whole grains. I add quality protein sources like eggs, meat, fish, and beans to help build muscle, and I add high-calorie smoothies or shakes to support my weight gain.I also incorporate resistance training to build muscle instead of just fat, and make sure I get enough sleep to help my body recover and metabolize better. EATING HABITS I have unhealthy eating habits, I often eat junk food and skip meals. But now things are different, I have to stay away from greasy foods, junk food and skipping meals... I will practice eating healthy foods that can make my body toned without getting fat.
